Well... After many delays here is a release of my drag racing game. I made this because I could not find a open source drag racing game engine. Please note this is not complete yet, but you can download the source. Here is my to-do list:

Add more comments in the .fla so everyone knows what is going on.

Create a write-up explaining the basic steps needed to make this game your own.

Finish the text and graphics.

Add more cars to race with, each with different difficulty.

Make the race winner based on distance instead of the highest speed after a certain amount of time. The current setup can cause you to be ahead and loose or behind and win.
